emmy monash aged care art corridor with art objects and furniture by origami solutions

GANDEL HOUSE, EMMY MONASH AGED CARE (Caulfield, Victoria)We carefully selected, then managed procurement & installation of over 70 artworks for a four-level aged care building (designed by Bates Smart). To find the most suitable artworks available, we dealt with galleries, independent artists & photographers. Our goal was to create warmly styled spaces, with a human touch that responded to the original design intent. Key to the success of the project was choosing and locating artworks to meet the requirements of patients with dementia.

Artwork and object selection makes a huge difference in creating successful projects. We listen to the individual stories of those who use the space & bring this insight to create the best solutions for you.

fashion boutique headquarters workplace design creative studio

FASHION BOUTIQUE HQ (Glen Iris, Victoria) In creating a design direction for this fit-out, we met with their whole team for insight on their vision, as well as their day-to-day requirements. To represent the understated luxury of their brand, we carefully selected a neutral but warm palette of materials and fixtures to present a sophisticated and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. Designing for a post-COVID office environment, all finishes are highly resilient materials, selected to ensure each surface can bear a high level & frequency of cleaning.

From curtains to tapware, lighting to door handles – your office space should embrace your business vision and strategy. Choosing the right materials, fittings and fixtures are essential to reflect the quality of your product and/or services.
